It's more like the way it's usually done: a shareware "name" and a freeware "name lite" with only a subset of the features. The "Pro" implies there already exists a shareware without the "Pro" with less advanced features (think of OmniGraffle and OmniOutliner). I’d go for WebnoteHappy, without the Pro.
